How It Works:

• When you join there is a one time $29 enrollment fee and $19.99 for the first month.

• A debit from your account (checking debit, Mastercard or Visa) will be made once a month to pay for the next month's tanning.

• YOU MAY CANCEL AT ANYTIME for a $10 cancellation fee and a simple written request.
  

Restrictions:
The $19.95 pricing is a ONE-TIME offer! If you cancel and decide to return, your monthly membership fee will be $29.95 plus a $20 re-enrollment fee. Also, we may have a waiting list if we have reached capacity. Any NSF (non-sufficient funds) debits subject to $25 service charge and membership cancellation.
